Your Content

You retain ownership of all documents and files you upload. By uploading content, you grant Candle Docs a limited license to process and store it solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your documents to train AI models or share them with third parties.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you add to the Service.

Google Drive Integration

If you connect your Google Drive account, you authorize Candle Docs to access and import files you explicitly select. This access is governed by our Privacy Policy and Google's terms. You may disconnect at any time from the Docs page.

Plans & Payments

Candle Docs offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed as described on the Pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at support@candledocs.com.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Candle Docs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated responses may contain errors — do not rely on them as professional legal, medical, or financial advice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Candle Docs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to These Terms
